EvaBridge Group recruits and supplies registered nurses, healthcare assistants and support workers across approved service areas, plus NMC-registered Nursing Associates for eligible England-based roles. Every placement is subject to role suitability, availability, completed checks and agreed assignment information.
The client remains responsible for clinical governance, care and support planning, on-site direction, medication systems, safeguarding decisions and the safety of the placement environment. EvaBridge Group remains responsible for its recruitment, employment-business and worker-management obligations.
Depending on the role and UK nation, checks may include identity and right-to-work verification, employment history and references, a legally eligible DBS, PVG or AccessNI check, direct professional-registration verification, qualifications, training or competence evidence and client-specific requirements. The criminal-record check’s route and level depend on the actual duties, setting and jurisdiction.
We confirm the setting, duties, shift pattern, essential experience, clinical or support competencies, supervision, escalation route, health and safety information, rate and cancellation terms. Suitable workers are considered only after these requirements are understood.
