We want to understand the issue, protect anyone affected and put matters right where we can. You can complain if you are a client, worker, candidate, supplier or other person affected by our service.
We will acknowledge the complaint, assess any immediate risk, appoint an appropriate person to review it, gather relevant information and explain the outcome or next step. If more time is required, we will tell you why and when to expect an update.
Information is shared only with people who need it to assess or respond. Raising a genuine concern will not disadvantage a worker or candidate. Deliberately false or abusive reports may be handled separately.
Use the complaint form below or email admin@evabridgegroup.com with “Complaint” in the subject line. Do not use WhatsApp for sensitive documents.
Use this route for a safeguarding concern connected with an EvaBridge Group worker, assignment or service. Give enough information for the concern to be assessed and acted on.
Call 999. If urgent medical help is needed but the situation is not life-threatening, use the appropriate NHS service. Follow the provider’s on-site safeguarding and escalation procedure without delay.

Use the safeguarding form below or email compliance@evabridgegroup.com with “Safeguarding” in the subject line.
